Synergistic corrosion inhibition effect of triazinyl surfactant and sodium molybdate
A triazinyl Gemini surfactant(CRDE)was combined with sodium molybdate(Na2MoO4)to study the synergistic corrosion inhibition of Q235 carbon steel with a concentration of 0.1 mmol/L in 3.5%NaCl solution by static weight loss, electrochemical test and surface morphology analysis. The static weight loss results are in good agreement with the electrochemical test results. The results show that under the same conditions, the corrosion inhibition effect of the compound inhibitor is better than that of CRDE or Na2MoO4 alone, and when the molar ratio of CRDE and Na2MoO4 is 7∶3,the corrosion inhibition rate can reach 92.59%.
