TiO2/咖啡渣炭复合材料的制备及光催化降解苯酚

以废弃咖啡渣为原料,钛酸四正丁酯为前驱体,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备 TiO2/咖啡渣炭(TiO2/C)复合材料用以苯酚污染物的降解。通过XRD和SEM对材料进行物相表征。结果表明,当TiO2/C复合材料中TiO2 负载量为60%,600℃焙烧2 h,pH=6 时,TiO2/C复合材料具有优越的光催化活性,紫外光下,2 g/L的复合材料对 10 mg/L苯酚,反应240 min的降解率达到95。3%,光催化过程符合准一级动力学模型。
Preparation of TiO2/coffee residue carbon composites and photocatalytic degradation of phenol
Titanium dioxide/coffee residue carbon(TiO2/C)composites were prepared by sol-gel method using waste coffee residue as raw material and tetrabutyl titanate precursor for the degradation of phenol pollutants.TiO2/C Composites were characterized by XRD and SEM.The results show that:when TiO2/C composites was 60%,it was calcined at 600℃for 2 h and pH=6,TiO2/C composites showed superior photocatalytic activity.Under UV light,the degradation rate of 10 mg/L phenol was 95.3%after reaction of 2 g/L catalyst for 240 min,the photocatalytic process conforms to the quasi-first-order kinetic model.
