不同絮凝剂对污水中无机砂的去除效能研究

Study on the removal efficiency of different flocculants on sand-containing wastewater

污水处理厂现有工艺中沉砂池存在细小无机砂颗粒去除难的问题.以化学絮凝辅助除砂,研究了无机絮凝剂、人工合成有机高分子絮凝剂和天然有机高分子絮凝剂三类药剂在分别投加至低、高砂模拟废水及污水厂原水的处理效果.结果表明,壳聚糖作为单一絮凝剂对各废水上清液含砂量以及粒径大于50 μm的悬浮固体的去除效果较佳;对低、高砂模拟废水上清液含砂量分别从130 mg/L降至31.8 mg/L和240 mg/L降至31.3 mg/L,平均去除率分别达到75.5%和86.9%.
In the existing process of sewage treatment plant,the grit chamber has the problem of difficult removal of fine inorganic sand particles.Chemical flocculation was used to remove fine sand.The treat-ment effects of inorganic flocculant,synthetic organic polymer flocculant and natural organic polymer floc-culant on simulated wastewater with low and high sand content and raw water of sewage treatment plant were introduced.The result showed that the use of chitosan(CTS)as a single flocculant had a better re-moval effect on the sand content of the supernatant of each wastewater and the suspended solids with a particle size greater than 50 μm.The sand content of the supernatant of simulated wastewater with low and high sand content decreased from 130 mg/L to 31.8 mg/L and 240 mg/L to 31.3 mg/L,respectively,and the removal rate reached 75.5%and 86.9%,respectively.
