船用发动机尾气CO2捕集技术的研究进展

目前,绝大多数远洋船舶在短期内仍将继续使用传统燃料,对于航运业温室气体而言,船载碳捕集有望成为船舶碳减排的替代方案。首先介绍了船用发动机碳捕集系统并且讨论了相关研究进展。其次论述了碳捕集四个相关性能指标。再者分析了船用碳捕集对船舶能效指数和全生命周期碳排放的影响,接着讨论了醇胺溶液近年来的研究进展,包括吸收剂的反应机理。最后对改进性能指标可采用的节能技术研究进行总结。为船用发动机后续研发低能耗、高捕集率的船载碳捕集装置提供一定的指导意义。
Research progress on CO2 capture technology for marine engine exhaust
At present,traditional fuels are used for mostly ocean vessels in the short term.For greenhouse gases in the shipping industry,onboard carbon capture and storage is expected to become an alternative to ship carbon reduction.The carbon capture system of marine engine was firstly introduced and relevant research progress were discussed.Secondly,four related performance indicators of carbon capture were described.What's more,the impact of marine carbon capture on the energy efficiency design index and lifecycle carbon emissions of shipbuilding were analyzed.Besides the research progress of alcohol amine solutions were discussed in recent years,including the reaction mechanism of absorb solutions.Finally,en-ergy-saving technologies which can be used to improve performance indicators are summarized.Certain guiding significance for the subsequent development of low energy consumption and high capture rate on-board carbon capture devices for marine engines are provided.
