余家坪油井结垢分析及防护技术研究

余家坪油区已进入高含水开发期,油井因结垢而堵塞的井数不断增多,检泵、维修频繁,严重影响油区的正常生产.分析了采出水的组成,研究了采出水的结垢趋势,对垢样进行了分析鉴别.结果表明,结垢指数ST:0<ST<1,形成无机垢的趋势很小;垢物中甲苯溶解物大于98.82%,石油醚溶解物达65.97%以上,为有机蜡垢.优选出了BY-2 清蜡剂,其清蜡速率0.021~0.036 g/min;油井加药后,抽油机最大载荷平均下降 2.54 kN,降低 14.03%,检泵周由加药前的225 d延长到378 d,延长了153 d.
Study on scaling analysis and protection technology of Yujiaping oil wells
The Yujiaping oilfield has entered the development period of high water cut,the oil wells in the oil area are seriously blocked,and the pump inspection and maintenance are frequent,which seriously af-fect the normal production of the oil area.In order to clarify the type of scale deposition in Yujiaping oil-field and take specific measures,the composition of produced water was analyzed,the scaling trend of pro-duced water was studied,and the scale samples were identified.The results show that the trend of inorgan-ic scale formation was small because 0<ST<1;the dissolution of the scale in toluene was more than 98.82%,and the dissolution of petroleum ether was more than 65.97%,which is organic wax scale.BY-2 Paraffin remover was selected,and the paraffin removal rate was0.021~0.036 g/min.After the paraffin removal agent was added to the oil well,the average maximum load of the pumping unit was reduced by 2.54 kN,a decrease of 14.03%,and the pump-checking cycle of oil wells was extended from 225 d be-fore dosing to 378 d,an extension of 153 d.
