煤矸石中铝、硅、铁协同浸取试验研究

摘要
基于高铝硅型煤矸石的成分特征,采用碳酸钠焙烧活化-盐酸浸取工艺协同提取煤矸石中的铝、硅、铁,旨在制备高性能净水剂.探讨了加碱焙烧-盐酸浸出过程中碱灰比、焙烧温度、焙烧时间对目标元素浸出率的影响,并通过3因素3水平的正交优化实验确定了最佳工艺条件.结果表明,在碱灰比为0.8、焙烧温度为850 ℃和焙烧时间为30 min的条件下,铝、硅、铁的浸出率分别达94.10%、90.44%、89.40%.表征结果显示,碳酸钠与煤矸石混合物在高温焙烧下,生成了易溶于酸的铝硅酸盐、硅酸盐等物质,这是提高三种元素在盐酸中浸出率的关键因素.
Abstract
Based on the composition characteristics of high aluminum-silicon type coal gangue,aluminum,silicon and iron were extracted from coal gangue by roasting activation with sodium carbonate and hydro-chloric acid leaching process,aiming at preparing high performance water purification agent.The effects of alkali ash ratio,roasting temperature and roasting time on the leaching rate of aluminum,silicon and iron in the process of alkali roasting-hydrochloric acid leaching were discussed.The results show that under the conditions of alkali to cement ratio of 0.8,roasting temperature of 850℃ and roasting time of 30 min,the leaching rate of aluminum,silicon and iron reach 94.10%,90.44% and 89.40%,respectively.The results show that the mixture of sodium carbonate and coal gangue is calcined at high temperature to pro-duce aluminosilicates and silicates which are soluble in acid,which is the key factor to improve the leac-hing rate of the three elements in hydrochloric acid.
