目的:通过对危机领导力的发展、相关概念、前因后果进行分析,明确危机领导力的概念.方法:计算机检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献系统、PubMed、Web of Science、EBSCOhost、the Cochrane Library,回顾文献并采用Rodgers概念分析方法进行分析.结果:通过概念分析提出护理领域危机领导力的概念,即在组织面临突发重大公共卫生问题时,护理管理者能够准确预见危机事件的发生,通过高效决策和沟通,整合、调动组织资源,在组织中建立信任,促进组织尽快恢复并从危机事件反思学习的能力.结论:通过对危机领导力的概念分析,明确了危机领导力的概念和概念模型,有助于危机领导力在护理领域的进一步发展和实践.
Conceptual analysis of crisis leadership
Objective:By analyzing the development of crisis leadership,related concepts,antecedents and consequences.Methods:CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,SinoMed,PubMed,Web of Science,EBSCOhost,and the Cochrane Library were searched by computer.The literatures were reviewed and analyzed by Rodgers conceptual analysis method.Results:We proposed the concept of crisis leadership in the field of nursing through conceptual analysis,that was,when an organization was facing a major public health emergency,nursing managers could accurately predict the occurrence of crisis events,integrated and mobilized organizational resources through efficient decision-making and communication,built trust in the organization,and promoted the organization's ability to recover as soon as possible and reflected and learnt from crisis events.Conclusion:Through the conceptual analysis of crisis leadership,the concept and conceptual model of crisis leadership are clarified,which is conducive to the further development and practice of crisis leadership in the field of nursing.
