Establishment of prediction model for hypoxemia in patients undergoing painless gastroscopy under ciprofol sedation
Objective:To screen the risk factors of hypoxemia in patients undergoing painless gastroscopy under ciprofol sedation and to establish a prediction model. Methods:A total of 1 423 patients who underwent painless gastroscopy under ciprofol sedation in the outpatient endoscopy center of the First Hospital in Huai'an from September to November 2023 were selected as the modeling group.According to the analysis of independent influencing factors of hypoxemia in patients by logistic regression, the Nomogram prediction model was drawn. Results:The incidence of hypoxemia in patients undergoing painless gastroscopy under ciprofol sedation was 7.94% .Logistic regression showed that age,BMI,snoring, short breath-holding time, and low basal oxygen saturation were independent risk factors for hypoxemia in patients undergoing painless gastroscopy. The area under the ROC curve of the Nomogram prediction model was 0.837,and the calibration curve was close to the ideal curve. The net benefit of DCA was good. Conclusion:The Nomogram model established based on age,BMI,snoring,breath-holding time, and basal oxygen saturation has a high predictive value for the occurrence of hypoxemia in patients undergoing painless gastroscopy.
