Construction of TCM dialectical nursing scheme for patients with post-stroke urinary incontinence
Objective:To develop a traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome differentiation and nursing intervention program for patients with post-stroke urinary incontinence using the Delphi method.Methods:A questionnaire for the TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing intervention program for patients with post-stroke urinary incontinence was designed based on literature review,theoretical analysis,and clinical practice.The Delphi method was employed to conduct two rounds of expert consultation via email with 15 experts.The intervention measures were screened and revised based on expert scores and consultation feedback.Results:The response rate for both rounds of the questionnaire were 100%,with expert authority coefficients of 0.890 and 0.903,respectively.The final TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing intervention program for patients with post-stroke urinary incontinence consists of two parts:kidney qi insufficiency and liver-kidney yin deficiency.The kidney qi insufficiency section includes 4 first-level indicators,11 second-level indicators,and 22 third-level indicators;the liver-kidney yin deficiency section includes 4 first-level indicators,11 second-level indicators,and 26 third-level indicators.Conclusion:The developed syndrome differentiation and nursing intervention program for patients with post-stroke urinary incontinence is highly scientific,providing a reference for clinical implementation of TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing for this patient population.
