目的:汉化孕期体育活动障碍量表(Barriers to Physical Activity During Pregnancy Scale,BPAPS),并检验其在我国孕妇中的信效度.方法:根据Brislin翻译模型对BPAPS进行翻译和回译,通过专家咨询对中文版BPAPS进行文化调试和修订,并选取锦州市某三级甲等医院妇产科门诊就诊的406名孕妇作为研究对象,评价中文版BPAPS的信效度.结果:中文版BPAPS包括与怀孕有关的人际障碍、环境障碍、与怀孕无关的人际障碍、人际关系障碍4个维度,29个条目,累计方差贡献率为63.975%;总量表的Cronbach's α系数为0.935,各维度Cronbach's α系数为0.881～0.925;总量表重测信度为0.913.结论:中文版的BPAPS信效度良好,可作为我国孕妇怀孕期间体育活动障碍的评估工具.
Abstract
Objective:To develop and validate the Chinese version of the Barriers to Physical Activity during Pregnancy Scale(BPAPS)and to examine its reliability and validity among Chinese pregnant women.Method:Translate and back-translate the BPAPS using the Brislin translation model,culture-adjust and revise the Chinese version of BPAPS through expert consultation,and select 406 pregnant women who visited the obstetrics and gynecology outpatient clinic of a tertiary grade A hospital in Jinzhou city as the research subjects to evaluate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of BPAPS.Results:The Chinese version of BPAPS included 4 dimensions,namely,pregnancy-related interpersonal disorder,environmental disorder,non-pregnancy-related interpersonal disorder and interpersonal relationship disorder,with 29 items,and the cumulative variance contribution rate is 63.975% .The Cronbach's α coefficient of the total scale was 0.935,and the Cronbach's α coefficient of each dimension were 0.881-0.925.The retest reliability of the total scale was 0.913.Conclusion:The Chinese version of BPAPS has good reliability and validity,and can be used as an evaluation tool for barriers to physical activity during pregnancy among Chinese women.
