摘要
目的:编制慢性肾病病人心血管健康知识掌握度量表并检验其信效度.方法:采用文献分析、德尔菲法、小组讨论构建量表初稿.选取2023年4月—6月在北京市某三级甲等医院肾内科就诊的231例病人进行调查,检验量表的信效度.结果:编制的慢性肾病病人心血管健康知识掌握度量表包括危险因素知识、行为知识、慢性肾病与心血管疾病关系知识、药物知识、心理风险知识、心血管疾病症状知识6个维度、33个条目.量表总的Cronbach's α系数为0.971,折半信度为0.925.结论:慢性肾病病人心血管健康知识掌握度量表信效度良好,可用于测量该病人心血管健康知识的掌握情况.
Abstract
Objective:To develop the scale of knowledge mastery scale of cardiovascular health in people with chronic kidney disease and to test its reliability and validity.Methods:The initial scale was developed through literature analysis,Delphi technique and group discussion.From April to June 2023,231 patients were selected as the investigation subjects for testing the reliability and validity of the scale.Results:The constructed scale included 6 dimensions and 33 items.The six dimensions were risk factor knowledge,behavioral knowledge,knowledge of the relationship between chronic kidney disease and cardiovascular disease,drug knowledge,psychological risk knowledge,and knowledge of cardiovascular disease symptoms.The Cronbach's α coefficient of the scale was 0.971 and split half reliability was 0.925.Conclusion:The scale of knowledge mastery of cardiovascular health in people with chronic kidney disease had good reliability and validity,it can be used to measure grasp of cardiovascular health knowledge in these people.
