摘要
总结老年人主观认知下降现状,并从人口学、心理学、社会学、医学等方面综述其影响因素,提出相关促进建议,以期为制定最佳的护理干预措施提供参考,进而提升老年人认知功能,减缓其向轻度认知障碍及阿尔茨海默病进展.
Abstract
This paper summarizes the current status of subjective cognitive decline(SCD)in the elderly and reviews its influencing factors from demographic,psychological,sociological,and medical perspectives.Relevant promotional suggestions are put forward to provide a reference for formulating optimal nursing intervention measures.The ultimate goal is to enhance cognitive function in the elderly and slow the progression towards mild cognitive impairment and Alzheimer's disease.
