摘要

数字经济形态发展对企业和各种商业模式产生深刻影响,社会对物流专业人才需求发生了改变,构建具有多学科知识融合能力的人才培养模式成为必然.文章首先对新商科视域下应用型物流管理专业人才培养的要求进行分析,指出目前应用型物流管理专业人才培养存在的不足之处,并提出从新商科视域下开发"能力本位"的理论课程体系、多渠道构建实践教学体系、校企政多主体参与和"课证"融通有机衔接等几个方面构建"岗课赛证"融通育人模式,促进人才培养质量提升,实现供给良性发展.

Abstract

The development of the form of digital economy has a profound impact on enterprises and various business models,and the social demand for logistics professionals has changed,so it is inevitable to build a talent training model with the ability to integrate multidisciplinary knowledge.This paper first analyzes the requirements for the training of applied logistics management professionals from the perspective of new business studies,points out the shortcomings of the current training of applied logistics management professionals.and efforts should be made from the perspective of"competency-based"theoretical curriculum system,multi-channel construction of practice teaching system,multi-subject participation of schools,enterprises and government and"course-certifi-cate"organic connection to build a"post-course-competition-certificate"integrated education model,so as to pro-mote the quality of talent training,and achieve healthy development of talent supply.
