摘要

家长式领导是一种集绝对权威、长辈关怀和道德榜样于一体的领导方式.虽然家长式领导是立足家国文化和宗法社会提出的本土领导学构念,但是跨文化比较研究表明它在人治主义组织情境中普遍存在.针对当下家长式领导研究中整体知识架构不清、影响力不足等问题,文章系统回顾了其概念内涵、维度,考察了其影响机制和实践表现,提炼出"家长式领导研究"的整体性分析框架.文章指出,家长式领导是一个兼具时间动态性、空间立体性和关联联动性的概念,未来研究应在加强探讨其形成机制的同时,要结合时间动态性、空间立体性和关联联动性等方面予以拓展,立足领导学微观视角推动家长式领导研究.

Abstract

Paternalistic leadership is a kind of leadership that combines absolute authority,elders'care and moral example.Although paternalistic leadership is a local leadership concept based on the nation-family culture and patriarchal society,cross-cultural comparative studies show that it is widespread in the context of humanist organizations.Aiming at the problems such as unclear overall knowledge structure and insufficient influence in cur-rent paternalistic research,this paper systematically reviews its conceptual connotation and dimensions,examines its influence mechanism and practice performance,and refines the overall analysis framework of"paternalistic leader-ship research".This paper points out that paternalistic leadership is a concept that combines temporal dynamics,spatial dimensions and correlation linkage,and future studies should be expanded by the combination of temporal dynamics,spatial dimensions and correlation linkage while strengthening the discussion on its formation mechanism,so as to promote the study of paternalistic leadership based on the micro perspective of leadership studies.
