基于就业视角的地方高校学科结构与产业结构的协调性分析

摘要
高等教育学科结构与产业结构的协调发展,是促进高等教育服务经济社会发展的关键.文章运用皮尔逊相关系数,对山西省专业优化调整前后普通本科高等学校学科结构与产业结构进行相关性分析.结果表明,专业优化调整后,学科结构与产业结构的相关性整体提高.通过logistic回归模型,抽样分析培养规模较大、数量变化较明显的工学、管理学、理学、医学、经济学的学科结构与高校毕业生就业的学用匹配度,进而寻找地方高校毕业生就业的影响因素和提升路径.结果表明,毕业生性别、生源地对毕业生对口就业无显著影响,学科、学校类型、单位所在地、单位所属产业等因素对毕业生对口就业有显著影响.根据研究结果对山西省高校学科专业优化调整与产业结构协调发展提出建议.
Abstract
The coordinated development of the discipline structure of higher education and industrial structure is the key to promote higher education to serve economic and social development.This article uses the Pearson cor-relation coefficient to conduct a correlation analysis of the discipline structure and industrial structure of undergradu-ate colleges in Shanxi before and after the optimization and adjustment of majors.The results show that the correla-tion between the discipline structure and industrial structure has been improved after the major optimization and adjustment.Through logistic regression model,the matching degree between the discipline structure of engineering,management,science,medicine and economics,which is large in scale and has obvious changes in quantity,is analyzed by sampling,and then the influencing factors and promotion paths of local college graduates'counterpart employment are found.The results show that the gender of the graduates and the place of origin have no significant influence on the counterpart employment of the graduates,while the factors such as discipline,school,location and industry have significant influence on the counterpart employment of the graduates.According to the results of the study,some suggestions are put forward for the optimization and adjustment of disciplines and the coordinated de-velopment of industrial structure in Shanxi Province.
