摘要
随着社会观念的转变、生产技术的提高和农业农村的发展,我国农业产业链发展由单一的线性产业链趋向于交叉性融合性产业链,由注重简单的生产和销售趋向社会化、系统化、服务化的综合性产业链.产业链的交叉交融,推动着农业新业态的产生,也推动着农业生产资源融入社会化大生产,由社会根据生产的总体需要进行统一的资源配置.但是当今在农业产业链发展的过程中还存在一些问题,导致农业生产虽有先进的生产技术和装备,但还没有摆脱传统农业生产的局限.只有构建科学的农业产业链,使农业产业链与二产三产的产业链交叉交融,打破一二三产资源配置的界限和局限,让农业发展获得更大的动力和支撑,才会尽可能地释放生产力,最大程度地提高农业生产效能,全面推进乡村振兴和农业现代化.
Abstract
With the transformation of social concepts,the improvement of production technology,and the de-velopment of agriculture and rural areas,the development of China's agricultural industry chain has shifted from a single linear industry chain to a cross integrated industry chain,and from a focus on simple production and sales to a comprehensive industry chain that is socialized,systematic,and service-oriented.The cross integration of the in-dustry hain is driving the emergence of new forms of agriculture,as well as the integration of agricultural production resources into socialized large-scale production.Society allocates resources uniformly according to the overall needs of production.However,there are still some problems in the development of the agricultural industry chain today,leading to the fact that although we have advanced production technologies and equipments,agricultural production has not yet freed itself from the limitations of traditional agricultural production.Only by building a scientific agri-cultural industry chain,integrating the agricultural industry chain with the secondary and tertiary industry chain,breaking the boundaries and limitations of resource allocation in the primary,secondary and tertiary industries,and providing greater impetus and support for agricultural development,can we release productivity as much as possi-ble,maximize agricultural production efficiency,and comprehensively promote rural revitalization and agricultural modernization.
