摘要
区域性股权交易市场作为我国多层次资本市场的重要组成部分,对场内企业提供融资服务和综合服务.在法治中国建设的大背景下,结合《中华人民共和国公司法》修订等法律建设内容以及"金税四期"工程的推进,充分认识中小微企业对企业合规管理的需求,主动积极拓宽场内企业合规管理服务路径,既能帮助场内企业提质增效,更能对地方经济稳定发展做出积极有益的贡献.
Abstract
The regional equity trading market,as an important component of China's multi-level capital mar-ket,provides financing and comprehensive services to on-site enterprises.Against the backdrop of the construction of a rule-of-law China,in conjunction with legal construction content such as the revision of"Company Law"and the advancement of"Golden Tax Phase IV"project,fully understanding the demands of small and medium-sized enterprises for corporate compliance management and proactively enhancing the paths for on-site enterprise compli-ance management services can not only help improve the quality and efficiency of on-site enterprises but also con-tribute positively to the stable development of the local economy.
