摘要
产教融合是现代职业教育体系中的一项重要内容,能够有效提高专业实践教学质量,对培养应用型人才具有重要意义.高职院校工商管理专业实践性较强,在现实社会中应用广泛,其培养的人才特别在现代企业运营中发挥着重要作用.文章从产教融合的内涵入手,分析当前工商管理专业实践教学存在的教学内容与产业需求脱节、实践教学方式单一、师资力量不足以及校企合作不够深入等问题,提出构建完善的实践教学体系、优化专业课程设置、加强实践型师资队伍建设等系列改进策略,以期为产教融合视角下工商管理专业实践教学效果的优化提供参考.
Abstract
The industry-education integration is an important content in the modern vocational education sys-tem,which can effectively improve the quality of professional practice teaching and is of great significance in train-ing applied talents.The major of business administration is practical and widely used in the real world,and busi-ness administration professionals play an important role in the operation of modern enterprises.Starting from the connotation of industry-education integration,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the practice teaching of business administration,such as the disconnection between the teaching content and the industrial demands,the single practice teaching method,the insufficient teachers and the lack of in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises,etc.,and puts forward a series of improving strategies,such as constructing a perfect practice teaching system,optimizing the curriculum,strengthening the construction of practice teachers,etc.,thus to provide refer-ence for the practice teaching of business administration under the industry-education integration.
