Large Optimal Design of Heliostat Field
This paper introduces the background and the problems to be solved in"Optimization design of heliostat field",which is challenging task in 2023 mathematical contest of modeling(CUMCM).The main modelling idea of the problem is described,and the calculated models and algorithms of the optical efficiency of the heliostat is given,with emphasis on the determination conditions of the occurrence of shadow blocking and truncation.Further,based on this model,the optimal design of some parameters of the heliostat field is discussed,and the reference results of the problem are given.Finally,several comments and advices for the contestants'papers are summarized.
