机油泵齿轮异响检测方法

针对小型内燃机机油泵齿轮异响,对右盖异响声信号进行频谱分析和包络分析,识别异响频率,然后通过声学互动滤波技术对不易区分的异响频率进行再次识别,结果显示:机油泵异响频率并没有体现在齿轮啮合频率上,而是存在于多个高频段,随着转速的增加,异响频率不变,能量逐渐增大.然后运用声强法结合内燃机顶面和右侧面声强分布图,对内燃机声信号频率段进行识别,确定异响的表面辐射声源以及零部件,进而验证了机油泵异响频率位于多个高频段的结论.分析结果表明:采用频谱分析技术、包络分析技术和声学互动滤波技术相结合的方法能够对机油泵齿轮异响进行正确识别.
Research on testing method of abnormal sound from oil pump gear
Aiming at the abnormal sound from the oil pump gear of small internal combustion engine, the frequency spectrum analysis method and envelope analysis method are used to analyze the abnormal sound of right shell engine; then the acoustic interaction filtering technique is used for the frequency analysis of abnormal sound that could not be identified by the frequency spectrum analysis method and envelope analysis method. The testing results show that the abnormal sound frequencies of oil pump gear do not appear in the frequency spectrum of gear mesh, but can find in the multiple high frequency bands. And, with the rotaing speed going up, the frequency of abnormal sound keeps constant and the energy increases. The sources of superficial radiation sound and the parts of generating abnormal noise are determined by the sound intensity method, and the above-mentioned testing results can be verified. The research indi-cates that the abnormal sound from the oil pump gear can be correctly recognized by the combination of methods.
