非线性超声检测技术研究现状与展望

非线性超声检测技术是当前无损检测领域的研究热点.文章首先介绍了非线性超声检测技术的研究背景和原理;然后对非线性超声表征方法进行简要概括,其中包括高次谐波表征方法和混频表征方法,同时也对非线性超声信号的分析方法进行归纳;再重点从损伤评估、损伤定位和寿命预测方面综述了非线性超声检测技术的应用现状;最后表明,现有非线性超声检测技术的检测结果仍然具有很大的误差,这些误差主要来源于系统非线性的影响、检测环境的影响和信号提取的不纯净,然后基于误差来源对今后的研究方向进行了讨论.
Research status and prospect of nonlinear ultrasonic detection technique
Currently,the nonlinear ultrasonic detection technique is a research hotspot in the field of nondestructive testing.In this paper,the research background and principles of nonlinear ultrasonic detection technique are introduced;and then the nonlinear ultrasonic characterization methods are briefly summarized,including high harmonic characterization methods,frequency-mixing characterization methods,and the analysis methods of nonlinear ultrasonic signals.The current application status of nonlinear ultrasonic detection technique are reviewed from the aspects of damage assessment,damage localization and life prediction.Finally,it is shown that there still exist great errors in the detection results of the current nonlinear ultrasonic testing technique mainly due to the influences of system nonlinearity,detection environment and impure signal extraction.In addition,the future research directions are discussed based on the error sources.
