社区老年人声景感知的地域差异研究

随着社会老龄化的加剧,老年人对居住环境的适老化需求愈发显著,其中社区声景观是适老化最关键的需求之一.文章基于老年人声景感知,在福州市和太原市分别选取5个居住小区进行实地调研,时间前后跨越两年的3个不同季节,通过物理参数测量、主观问卷、数据统计分析等方法,探究不同地域下社区老年人声景感知的特征及其影响因素.结果表明两市老年人对不同声源感知和声景偏好共性特征包括:鸟叫声是最积极的声景元素,而交通声和施工声方面表现出声景容忍性;差异性包括两地气候导致的对自然声尤其是流水声的感知差异,地域文化影响引发的叫卖声感知差异.该研究为老年人社区声景感知研究领域提供了重要的补充与完善,相关结论可以为不同地域适老化社区声景设计和环境质量提升提供理论参考.
Regional differences of soundscape perception of the elderly in community
As the population is aging,the aging-friendly living environment is becoming more and more significant,and the community soundscape is one of the keys.In order to study the soundscape perception of the elderly,5 residential communities are selected respectively in Fuzhou and Taiyuan.The time spans of field research are three different seasons of two years.With physical parameter measurement,subjective questionnaires,data statistical analysis,the characteristics and influencing factors of soundscape perception of the elderly residents in different regions are explored.The results indicate that there are the common characteristics of the elderly people's perception for different sound sources and the common preference for different soundscapes in the two cities.The sound of birds is the most positive soundscape element,while the soundscape of traffic and construction sounds shows a certain degree of noise tolerance.On the other hand,the differences between the two cities include the perception of flowing water sounds caused by different climate and the perception of selling sounds influenced by regional culture.This study provides some supplement and improvement for the research of soundscape perception in elderly communities,and the relevant conclusions can provide a reference for the soundscape design and environmental quality improvement of aging communities in different regions.
