光热治疗中纳米材料的三维光声实时示踪和量化评估

光热治疗是一种新兴的肿瘤治疗方式,主要通过具有高光热转换率的靶向纳米材料注射入瘤内实现.为了达到最优化治疗效果,需要对纳米材料在体移动轨迹和瘤内富集情况进行实时示踪和准确量化评估,因此需要一种有效的影像方式.文章采用实时三维光声/超声融合成像方法,实现了肿瘤体中纳米材料富集过程的特异性成像示踪,量化评估了纳米材料在肿瘤体内的富集规律,实现了对靶向光热治疗纳米材料的实时监控.
Three dimensional photoacoustic real-time tracking and quantitative assessment of nanomaterials in photothermal therapy
Photothermal therapy is an emerging tumor treatment method,which is mainly achieved by injecting targeted nanomaterials with high photothermal conversion rate into the tumor.In order to optimize the therapeutic effect,an effective imaging method is needed for real-time tracking the in vivo motion trajectory and accurately quantifying the intra-tumor enrichment of nanoparticles.In this study,the real-time 3D photoacoustic/ultrasound fusion imaging method is used to trace specific images of the nanoparticle enrichment process and quantitatively evaluate the enrichment patterns of the nanoparticles within the tumor body,which supports the real-time monitoring for targeted photothermal therapy nanoparticles.
