齿轮齿面沉积膜摩擦磨损性能试验研究

为了提高齿轮齿面干运转能力,采用离子束复合沉积设备,在两种不同制备工艺参数下沉积两种沉积膜,基材为齿轮钢。采用UM T-Ⅱ多功能摩擦磨损试验机对两种试样进行摩擦磨损性能试验研究。结果表明:试样Ⅱ的摩擦磨损特性比试样Ⅰ的摩擦磨损特性好。
Friction and Wear Properties of Depositing Films on Tooth Surface of Gear
To increase the oil-out operation ability of tooth surface of gear ,ion beam assisted deposition equipment was used to pre-pare two kinds of depositing films with the substrates of gear steel using two kinds of different technological parameters .The friction and wear properties of the two kinds of samples were investigated by using the multifunctional friction wear testing machine(UMT-Ⅱ) .Results show that the friction and wear property of sample-Ⅱ is better than that of sample-Ⅰ .
