Accelerated storage life test is an important method to quickly obtain product failure data in long-term storage state,and its core problem is to construct a life transition model under natural storage and accelerated storage conditions.Under the condition of not changing the storage failure mechanism of the product,the stress applied by the stored product was analyzed firstly and the interaction of multi-load factors was considered,the Arrhenius equation and Eyring model were modified and the product life conversion model under accelerated and natural conditions were established.Secondly,the estimators of relevant parameters were derived through the linearization model and the life model under natural storage was given.Finally,through a demonstration example,the validity of the modified model was verified and the research results have important practical significance for the evaluation and prediction of product accelerated life.
