Design of Speed and Displacement Control Case for Two-Phase Hybrid Stepper Motor
Stepping motor can realize a certain angular displacement or linear displacement under the control of electric pulse signal,so it is very important to master the control technology of stepping motor.In this paper,the two-phase hybrid stepping motor is taken as the control object,and the speed and position control design of the motor is achieved with single chip microcomputer AT89 C52 and Programmable counter/timer 8253.The designed system is designed and simulated by Proteus software,and the control circuit and program are designed,and the simulation and experiment are carried out.The results show that the system is simple in structure,easy to realize and low in cost,and can be used for the control of other stepping motors,and provides reference for teaching or engineering application.
