针刺直径对软包三元锂电池热失控行为的影响

随着新能源汽车的高速发展,锂离子电池的安全性问题越来越受到关注.以软包三元锂电池为研究对象,通过电压、温度和内阻表征不同针刺直径下电池的热失控行为,结合各特征量的表现分析针刺直径对电池热失控行为的影响.根据实验结果得到了以下结论:①受钢针散热的影响,随针刺直径增大,电池初始电压降时间及幅度均增大;②针刺直径的增大会加速电池的热失控,较小的针刺直径下电池热失控时间滞后明显;③针刺直径较大时电池内部反应较剧烈,内阻波动较明显.
Effect of Acupuncture Diameter on Thermal Runaway Behavior of Soft-Wrapped Ternary Lithium Battery
With the rapid development of new energy vehicles,the safety of lithium-ion batteries has attracted more and more attention.Taking the soft package ternary lithium battery as the research object,the thermal runaway behavior of the battery with different acupuncture diameter was characterized by voltage,temperature and internal resistance.Combined with the performance of each characteristic quantity,the effect of acupuncture diameter on the battery thermal runaway behavior was analyzed.According to the experimental results,the following conclusions are obtained:(1)affected by the heat dissipation of the steel needle,the time and amplitude of the initial voltage drop of the battery increase with the increase of the acupuncture diameter;(2)the increase of the acupuncture diameter will accelerate the thermal runaway of the battery,and the battery thermal runaway time lag is obvious under the smaller acupuncture diameter;(3)the internal reaction of the battery is more intense and the internal resistance fluctuates obviously when the acupuncture diameter is larger.
