Numerical Simulation of Hydrogen Leakage in Power Supply Units Based on Fluent
In response to the characteristics of hydrogen leakage in the power supply unit system,a suitable gas diffusion model was selected using the fluid calculation software Fluent.A comparative analysis was conducted on the leakage and diffusion of hydrogen in the pressure shell at different ventilation positions and supply speeds. The results show that the top of the pressure shell is the place with the highest concentration of hydrogen gas, which is the best location for installing a hydrogen detector.Adopting a forced ventilation method, with ventilation openings located on both sides of the reactor, has the best effect on reducing hydrogen concentration. The optimal air supply speed is 6 m/s,and at this time, the average volume fraction of hydrogen in the pressure resistant shell can be controlled below a safe concentration of 4%.
