针对煤层气开采效率低的问题,设计了一种用于开采煤层气的自旋转射流钻头.采用 Fluent 数值模拟和实验相结合的研究方法,对基于自旋转射流的钻头进行了仿真研究.仿真结果表明:中心射流具有最大速度,中部和边部射流速度较小,但具有空间角.通过对比分析三种类型射流钻头的冲蚀破碎煤岩特征,发现自旋转射流钻头冲孔破岩能力要优于直旋混合和空化射流钻头.研究表明:该自旋转射流钻头具有较好的冲蚀破碎煤岩能力.
Research on Bit Design Based on Self Rotating Jet
In order to solve the problem of low efficiency in coal bed methane mining,a self rotating jet drill for coal bed methane mining is designed in this paper.The bit based on self rotating jet is simulated by the combination of Fluent numerical simulation and test.The simulation results show that the center jet has a maximum velocity,while the middle and edge jet velocities are small,but have a spatial angle;then,bycomparing andanalyzing the characteristics of erosionand rock fragmentation of three types of jet bits,it is found that this type of jet bit has a better ability of punching and rock fragmentation than straight rotating mixed and cavitating jet bits.The research shows that the self rotating jet drill has a good ability to erode and break coal and rock.
