摘要

针对井下煤仓堵塞清理现状,设计了煤仓侧壁气动清理装置,并完成了煤仓侧壁气动清理装置气动系统原理图的设计;采用 AMESim建模仿真软件对工作大臂气动回路进行了建模仿真,并研究了系统中各结构对控制系统性能的影响.

Abstract

In view of the current situation of underground coal bunker blockage cleaning,a pneumatic cleaning device for the side wall of the coal bunker was designed.The design of the pneumatic system schematic diagram of the sidewall pneumatic cleaning device of the coal bunker was completed,and the AMESim modeling and simulation software was used to model and simulate the pneumatic circuit of the working boom,and the influence of each structure in the system on the performance of the control system was studied.
