为确定钢丝绳在运行时的摆角变化情况,对桥式起重机的运动过程进行了分析.建立数学模型,确定了θx 和θy 与大车和小车的运行加(减)速度有关,并利用 MATLAB软件分析了吊重绳长及小车加速度对钢丝绳摆角的影响情况,分析结果表明:可以通过减少绳长来控制摆角的大小;也可以通过不断改变小车的运行状态来抑制吊重摆动情况.
Analysis of Swing Angle Change of Wire Rope in Operation Based on MATLAB
In order to determine the swing angle change of wire rope during operation,this paper analyzes the motion process of bridge crane,establishes a mathematical model,determines that θx and θy are related to the acceleration(deceleration)of crane and trolley,and uses MATLAB software to analyze the influence of the length of lifting rope and trolley acceleration on the swing angle of wire rope;the results show that the swing angle can be controlled by reducing the rope length;it can also restrain the swing of the lifting load by constantly changing the running state of the trolley.
