Strength Simulation Analysis of Anchor Horn and Supporting Structure of Small Anchor Boat
Taking a small anchor boat as an example,using finite element software and referring to the relevant requirements of the Code for Lifting Equipment of Ships and Offshore Installations(2007),under the three working conditions of wind anchoring,non-wind anchoring and test,the strength of its supporting structure and sheep's horn are simulated and calculated,and a method to check the slightly diameter of rotation is put forward.On this basis,the thickness of the sheep horn structure is optimized,and the stress of the model before and after optimization is compared.The calculation results show that the strength of the optimized sheep horn model still meets the requirements,and the optimized sheep horn can effectively reduce the amount of steel construction.
