以某高铁接触网参数测量装备车体框架为分析对象,运用三维软件建立实体三维模型,并通过ANSYS对车体框架进行在外加载荷状态下的静力学分析,探究车体框架在外加载荷工况下的受力特性.通过静力学分析,得知车体框架的选型满足强度和刚度设计要求.最后根据结构的实际受载情况,对车体框架进行了预应力条件下的模态分析,通过对前 6 阶模态振型云图分析,得知了车体框架结构的低阶固有频率范围,为驱动电机的选型及对结构的进一步优化提供了参考.
Finite Element Analysis of Frame Structures Under External Load Conditions
By taking the frame structure of a catenary parameter measurement equipment as the analysis object,the three-dimensional software was used to establish a solid three-dimensional model,and the statics analysis of the car body frame under external load was carried out through ANSYS,to explore the force characteristics of the car body frame under external load.Through statics analysis,it was known that the selection of car body frame met the design requirements of strength and stiffness.Finally,based on the actual loading situation of the structure,modal analysis was conducted on the vehicle body frame under pre-stressed conditions.Through the cloud diagram analysis of the first six vibration modes,the low-order natural frequency range of the car body frame structure is obtained,which provides a reference for the selection of the drive motor and the further optimization of the structure.
