Mechanical Structure Design of Powder Fixed Filling Machine
Through research on some soft packaging enterprises in Jiangsu and Zhejiang,it was found that the water absorbing and deodorizing powder inside portable urine bags is currently manually filled,resulting in a high rate of defective products and low production efficiency.A fixed automatic powder filling machine is proposed to address this phenomenon.Firstly,the technical scheme of the filling machine was determined,followed by mechanical structural design of the feeding component,moving component,urine bag support component,and hopper loading component.A prototype of the powder material automatic filling machine was developed.The actual use of the prototype shows that the equipment has stable operating performance,can significantly improve production efficiency,reduce labor costs,and improve the economic benefits of the enterprise.
