摘要

风电机组齿轮箱温控阀在风电机组中起着调节齿轮箱油温的作用,实际应用过程中存在寿命偏短的问题,需定时更换,造成大量资源浪费.对现使用的 ACS温控阀工作机理及缺陷问题进行了分析,在满足温度控制功能的前提下对 ACS温控阀进行改进,采用压力随动温控阀,可大幅提升使用寿命,满足了风电机组全寿命使用要求.

Abstract

The temperature control valve of the gearbox in wind turbines plays a role in regulating the oil temperature of the gearbox.In practical applications,there is a problem of short service life,which requires regular replacement,resulting in a large amount of resource waste.An analysis was conducted on the working mechanism and defects of the current ACS temperature control valve.On the premise of meeting the temperature control function,the ACS temperature control valve was improved by using a pressure following temperature control valve,which can significantly increase its service life and meet the full service life requirements of wind turbines.
