摘要

两轴重型轨道车是城市轨道交通建设铺轨施工过程中的重要牵引设备,当前主要以柴油机作为动力来源,运行过程中会产生噪声及尾气排放,为适应日益提高的环保要求,研究了一种以锂电池组供电、永磁交流电传动系统提供动力的两轴纯电动重型轨道车,运行过程中无噪声及尾气排放,同时应用机车成熟单元制动器作为整车制动执行机构,制动效率和制动可靠性更高,能够适应铺轨施工场景中的环保要求.

Abstract

Two axle heavy-duty rail cars are important traction equipment in the construction process of urban rail transit track laying.Currently,diesel engines are mainly used as the power source,and noise and exhaust emissions are generated during operation.To meet the increasing environmental requirements,a two axle pure electric heavy-duty rail car powered by a lithium battery pack and a permanent magnet AC transmission system was studied.There is no noise or exhaust emissions during operation.At the same time,the application of mature locomotive unit brakes as the entire vehicle braking actuator results in higher braking efficiency and reliability,which can adapt to environmental requirements in track laying construction scenarios.
