提出了一种可调节腰部摆动角度的牵引床,基于人体工程学原理,对该牵引床进行总体结构、功能方案的设计;通过对比不同摆动机构的结构特点,进行腰部摆动模块的结构设计与分析,设计出以摆动导杆机构为核心的腰部摆动牵引模块.利用 SolidWorks进行整体的三维建模,并对摆动机构建立相对应的数学模型,借助 MATLAB进行了理论计算分析.
Design of Traction Bed with Adjustable Waist Swing Angle
A traction bed with adjustable waist swing angle is proposed.Based on ergonomic principle,the overall structure and function of the traction bed are designed.By comparing the structural characteristics of different swing mechanisms,the structural design and analysis of the waist swing module are carried out,and the waist swing traction module with the swing guide bar mechanism as the core is designed.The whole three-dimensional modeling is carried out by SolidWorks,and the corresponding mathematical model is established for the swing mechanism,and the theoretical calculation and analysis is carried out with the help of MATLAB.
