摘要

为满足晋能控股集团宏祥煤矿综采工作面的高产高效智能化开采要求,对 SGZ800/800 刮板输送机进行了优化改进,将紧链方式升级为液压马达+伸缩机尾辅助,机尾架设计为固定架体+活动架体的可伸缩结构,配套液压马达及自动控制和监测系统,实现了链条状态的实时监测和自动控制张紧功能,提高了煤炭运输设备的智能化水平,保障了链条的使用寿命.

Abstract

In order to meet the high-yield,efficient and intelligent mining of the fully mechanized mining face in Hongxiang Coal Mine of Jinneng Holding Group,the SGZ800/800 scraper conveyor is optimized and improved.The chain tightening mode is upgraded to hydraulic motor+telescopic tail assist.The tail frame is designed as an extensible and retractable structure of fixed frame body+ movable frame body,equipped with hydraulic motor,automatic control and monitoring system,so as to realize the real-time monitoring of chain status and automatic control of tension,improve the intelligent level of coal transportation equipment and ensure the service life of the chain.
