露天矿山重型卡车总成件拆装机器人研究

目前露天矿山矿用卡车维修没有专用的自动化设备,造成了维修工作工序繁琐、耗时耗力且存在一定的安全隐患.针对这一问题,设计了一套可遥控操作的矿用卡车总成件拆装机器人,并设计了特殊的行走机构和拆装油缸属具,可以满足对不同矿用卡车总成件拆装需要,实现了安全高效地在有限空间下对矿用卡车前、后悬缸及举升油缸、电铲铲斗销轴等总成件的拆装,使维修工作方便快捷,减少了人力投入,保证了维修工作的安全高效进行.
Research on Disassembly and Assembly Robot of Heavy Truck Assembly in Open-Pit Mine
At present,there is no special automatic equipment for the maintenance of mining trucks in open-pit mine,resulting in tedious maintenance procedures,time consuming and energy consumption and certain safety risks.In this paper,a remote-operated robot for disassembly and assembly of mining truck assembly is designed,and a special walking mechanism and disassembly and assembly cylinder are designed.It can meet the disassembly and assembly needs of different mining truck assembly,and realize the safe and efficient disassembly and assembly of the front and rear suspension cylinder,lifting cylinder,electric shovel bucket pin shaft and other assembly parts in limited space,so that the maintenance work is convenient and fast.The manpower input is reduced and the maintenance work is carried out safely and efficiently.
