New Type of Turbine Self Centering Forklift Torque Converter
As an important component of the hydraulic transmission system of forklifts,torque converters enable forklifts to have good adaptability,ensuring stability and impact resistance during operation,and improving the service life of forklifts.This paper provides a new type of self centering torque converter for turbine forklifts.When the torque converter rotates,the turbine components can automatically centering under the inertial of oil,which makes the output shaft and input shaft have good concentricity.At the same time,a thrust needle roller bearing is added between the turbine components and the guide wheel components to reduce sliding friction and chatter,so as to improve the stability of the forklift under working and transportation conditions.
