摘要

针对市场上现有的激光切管机尾部双动夹持卡盘存在漏气和卡死的问题,运用 SolidWorks 和 Ansys Workbench重新设计了一款由伺服驱动的全电动卡盘.该电动卡盘由 PLC 程序控制,夹紧力参数和夹持速度均由触摸屏输入,智能化程度高,操作便捷.同时由于摒弃了传统的压缩空气作为动力源,生产环境有了明显的改善.

Abstract

In order to solve the problemofair leakage and jam in the tail double-action clamping chuck of laser tube cutting machine in the market,an all-electric chuck driven by servo is redesigned by using computer-aided design software SolidWorks and computer-aided engineering software Ansys Workbench.The electric chuck is controlled by PLC program,and the clamping force parameters and clamping speed are inputted by the touch screen.It is highly intelligent and easy to operate.At the same time,due to abandoning the traditional compressed air as a power source,the production environment has been significantly improved.
