摘要

在矿井提升机中,主轴装置是其重要的承重部分,卷筒幅轮是提升机主轴装置中的主要结构部件,承载卷筒所传递的载荷,其结构对其所能承载的载荷具有重要影响.利用 SolidWorks 软件对现有卷筒幅轮进行三维建模并模拟仿真,在此基础上对卷筒幅轮进行优化设计,得到了最佳的卷筒幅轮结构,为以后卷筒幅轮的结构设计及制造提供参考.

Abstract

In the drum hoist,the spindle device is an important bearing part,the drum spoke wheel is the main structural component of hoist spindle device and an important part to carry the load transmitted by the drum,its structure has an important impact on the load it can bear.In this paper,the SolidWorks software is used to conduct three-dimensional modeling and simulation of the company's existing drum spoke wheel.On this basis,the drum spoke wheel is optimized,and the best drum spoke wheel structure is obtained,which provides a reference for the structure design and manufacture of the drum spoke wheel in the future.
