设计了一种基于现场可编辑门阵列(FPGA)的激光焊接控制系统.该系统使用 STM32 作为辅助芯片,通过上位机与外部按键向 FPGA输入参数和控制指令;借助 FPGA处理能力强的优势,同时控制振镜、激光器与电机等的状态,进而完成对整个焊接过程的控制.对该系统进行了仿真测试,结果表明能够完成预定的焊接工作.
Design of Laser Welding Control System Based on FPGA
In this paper,a laser welding control system based on field programmed gated(FPGA)is designed.The system utilizes STM32 as an auxiliary chip to input parameters and control commands to the FPGA through a host computer and external buttons.With the advantage of the strong processing power of FPGA,the state of galvanometer,laser and motor can be controlled at the same time,and then the control of the whole welding process can be completed.Finally,the simulation test of the system is carried out,and the results show that the system can achieve the predetermined work.
