摘要

电力开关柜是电力系统的重要组成部分,其可靠性直接决定系统的稳定性.电力开关柜可靠性很大程度上受制于开关柜内部温度,电力开关柜内部温度异常将会导致严重后果.为便于工程师及时掌握电力开关柜内部温度变化情况,研制了电力开关柜内部温度远程监测装置,实时监测温度并通过短信方式对外发送温度信息.该装置以STC12C5A16S2 芯片为核心,实现对电力开关柜内部温度的监测,并每隔 1h发送一次信息到指定工程师手机,供电力工程师分析.该装置设计方案具有体积小、价格低廉和性能可靠等诸多优点.

Abstract

Power switch cabinet is an important component of the power system,and its reliability directly determines the stability of the system.The reliability of power switch cabinet is largely constrained by the internal temperature of the switch cabinet.When the internal temperature of the switch cabinet is abnormal,it can lead to serious consequences.In order to facilitate engineers to timely grasp the temperature changes inside the power switch cabinet,a remote temperature monitoring device has been developed,which monitors the temperature in real time and sends temperature information to the outside through SMS.The device uses the STC12C5 A16 S2 chip as the core to detect the internal temperature of the power switch cabinet,and sends the data to the designated engineer's mobile phone every 1 hour for analysis by the power engineer.The design scheme of this device has many advantages,such as small size,low price,and reliable performance.
