以竞赛培训为背景,将基于普通车床的创新培训模式应用于参与培训的学生.创新培训模式主要分为基本知识讲解、示范操作讲解、标准化训练、创新性训练和最终考核几个阶段.学生通过以上创新培训模式的学习和训练,不仅车工技能和绘图能力得到显著提高,而且还具有一定的加工工艺编制能力.
Exploration of Innovative Training Pattern Based on Lathe Operator Training
With the competition training as the background,the innovative training mode based on ordinary lathe is applied to the students who participate in the training.The innovative training mode is mainly divided into several stages:basic knowledge explanation,demonstration operation explanation,standardized training,innovative training and final assessment.Through the study and training of the above innovative training models,students not only significantly improve their turning skills and drawing ability,but also have a certain ability to compile processing technology.
