During the assembly process of stamping molds,it is common to encounter situations where two templates cannot be assembled due to misalignment of the central axes of the holes.This article categorizes the problem of hole mismatch into three categories,and proposed three corresponding solutions.Some special situations and their handling methods in the actual machining and assembly process were elaborated.
