The ZB45 packaging machine has the problems of high failure rate and long maintenance time of the conveyor belt of the tobacco mold box in the daily operation,which is caused by the shaking and falling of the smoke powder during the operation of the equipment which is accumulated on the side plate of the driven wheel and the conveyor belt.A cleaning device is designed to clean up the accumulated smoke from the smoke mold box conveyor belt in order to reduce the failure rate of the smoke mold box conveyor belt device.The application of the device shows that the application of the device reduces the failure rate of the cigarette mold box conveyor belt,reduces the quality defect of the cigarette hanging rotten,improves the operation efficiency of the equipment,and the use effect is remarkable.
