During the excavation of the return air roadway in the fourth mining area of Zhaozhuang Coal Mine,the inclination angle of the roadway was large.When installing traditional SSJ belt conveyors for coal gangue transportation,there was a serious"floating belt"phenomenon,which restricted the safe and efficient transportation of coal gangue in the roadway.Analyzed the main problems of traditional installation of belt rollers and overlapping of multiple conveyors,and designed a set of transfer type anti floating belt device.Through practical application results,the device successfully solved the technical problems of"floating belt and deviation"of the belt conveyor in high angle tunnels after being put into use,and achieved significant application results.
