Clamp band system is widely used as joint-separate equipment in space engineering.When a clamp band system is deployed,the strain difference must be less than 2 mm,and the pre-tightening force difference must be less than 0.5 kN.Through the process test,the loading consistency of the special loading equipment in the no-load state and with load state is studied.Through changing the opening of the flow distributor and the suppressing speed of the hydraulic pump,it will be controlling the strain difference less than 0.5 mm.The process control elements and parameters of the applying consistency of the pre-tightening force of of the equipment are found out.
