Structural Design and Chassis Static Analysis of Supermarket Handling Robot
In order to solve the problem of low efficiency of supermarket goods sorting and handling,an intelligent supermarket goods handling robot is designed based on Inventor.The overall structure design of the robot is completed,the structure composition and working principle of the actuator and chassis are analyzed,and the statics analysis is carried out for the key parts of the chassis.The deformation,stress and strain of axle,wheel bracket,wheel hub and chassis are studied respectively,which can provide reference for the design of handling robot to solve the sorting work of supermarket goods.
